The drive-through at City Hall is closed today (September 11, 2023), due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience!

City residents are still able to pay their bills by our website (https://northstar.electricities.org/eCare_morg/PayPortal/Login/login.asp), by calling 828-438-5245, coming into City Hall in-person, or by utilizing the drop boxes under the water tower and at the entrance of the drive through.
