Fair Housing Month notice
April has been designated to be Fair Housing Month by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
If you feel that you have been discriminated in any way while trying to buy or rent, the City of Morganton will both receive and work to resolve complaints that deal with Fair Housing issues. Please contact Lisa Helton at the Community Development Office at (828) 485-4281.
