Bethel Park Renovations Update- 3/21/2024

The renovations on Bethel Park are still moving forward, but the city is waiting on the last permit from the state of North Carolina to be issued so construction can officially start.

We understand that many of you are eager to see progress being made with the Bethel Park. We are right there with you, but we ask that you have patience and understanding as this is a massive, construction project to undertake. We are hoping that the setbacks will be minimal, so that our community will be able to use the park and its wonderful, upcoming renovations and updates. We want to remind you of the other public parks available for you to use during these renovations including Catawba Meadows, Freedom Park, Carbon City Park, Drexel Heritage Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Park and Martha’s Park.
